You can delete your Fallaar account and personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent — your account is removed, not just disabled.
While an order, parcel or ride of yours is on the way, or a payment is still being confirmed, the app asks you to wait until it is finished, so you keep the tracking, the chat and the SOS button until then. If your Fallaar wallet holds money, the app shows the amount and asks you to confirm, because it is lost with the account.
If you can’t use the app, you can request deletion here. To protect your account, we verify that the request comes from you (the phone number on the account) before we delete anything.
Request deletion on WhatsAppWe confirm your number, then delete your account within 30 days — usually the same day.
Consumer delivery names, phone numbers, pickup and delivery details, free-text delivery notes and proof references are retained for 180 days after the delivery is completed or closed as unsuccessful, so we can resolve support requests. Active deliveries keep the details they need until they close. Order chat and the door note on an order follow the same 180-day period after the order is delivered, handed over, cancelled, rejected or refunded. Eligible details are removed by the next hourly maintenance run while the service is operating.
Order references, amounts and payment records remain for accounting and fraud prevention. Existing cash collection records can include a recipient name and are not anonymized by this support-data cleanup. Older delivery records without a reliable closure date are flagged for review before their support details are removed. This retention rule applies to the consumer app; business partners manage their own records separately.
Backup archives and messages held by external providers, including WhatsApp, have separate retention arrangements. They are not removed by the in-app deletion button. Contact us if you need help with those copies.
